The Argentine media Notife highlighted the new legal framework that Bogotá will have to prioritize bicycle mobility. The portal reported that the Bogota Council approved Draft Agreement No. 361 that declares the bicycle as a priority means of transport in the city.
Notife highlighted the long relationship that Bogotá has had with the bicycle and how this new agreement will improve mobility conditions in the city, "The bicycle is a dynamic option for self-care measures given the congestion of public transport systems and could also contribute to economic recovery, by influencing the use of clean energy," says this digital newspaper.
