Reuse and Revitalize was created in 2024 as a platform that brings together property owners, real estate developers, and public agencies, helping them structure adaptive reuse projects primarily aimed at creating housing. To date, more than 90 properties with reuse potential have been registered, and nearly 100 real estate developers have joined the initiative.
“The selection of Reuse and Revitalize is an international recognition of the work being carried out by Mayor Carlos Fernando Galán’s administration to address the housing shortage, urban revitalization, and climate action at the same time,” said Claudia Silva, RenoBo’s Deputy Manager for Planning and Project Structuring.
