“It’s significant for a city like Bogotá, which is leveraging tourism as a driver of economic development and social transformation, to receive such recognition from TripAdvisor. This highlights the diversity and quality of what we offer to our visitors and tourists. The most valuable aspect is that these ratings come directly from the travelers themselves, reflecting the positive experiences they are having in our city. We will continue to work to maintain and exceed these standards, positioning Bogotá as a world-class destination,” stated Andrés Santamaría, Director of the Bogotá Tourism Institute (IDT).

The list of the world’s most popular destinations is a compilation of reviews, stories, and opinions from TripAdvisor users, who praise Bogotá as a fashionable and culturally rich destination.
